Facilitated by CAFVI Director Colleen Friend, PhD, the forum focused on the definition of child abuse problems and identifying new collaborative strategies.

Representatives from UCLA, Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services, Los Angeles County Department of Public Health, Head Deputies from both the Family Violence and the Sex Crimes Divisions of the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office spoke on behalf of decision and policy makers.
